Babies & Paper Snips...but don't mix the two!

Hello! Today's card is a very happy & cute baby card.  One of my favorite tools is Stampin' Up! Paper Snips & Stampin' Up! found a fun way to use them . The "grass" underneath the carriage was created using these great scissors that can cut even at the tip of the scissor point, which make details like these a walk in the park (no pun intended...lol!).

Materials! : Cardstock = Rich Razzleberry (textured), Pear Pizazz (In Color 2010-2012), Whisper White
Stamp Set = Fun & Fast Notes (retired)
Tools = Big Shot, Polka Dot Textured Embossing Folder, Paper Snips, Scallop Border Punch
Accessories = Pear Pizazz Taffeta Ribbon, Marina Mist Button, Basic Rhinestone (in center of carriage),Soft Suede (carriage outline), Watercolor Pencils
